I live in New York. I am a comedian, writer and actor. My day job is blogging for VH1.com. I write about the silly things celebrities and pop stars do, so you know...God's work.

You may have seen my writing on many other reputable websites (The Huffington Post, Hello Giggles, xojane.com, The Hairpin, Splitsider, The FW, etc.). I also write crazy blogs about Game of Thrones, Magneto and Jeff Goldblum.

I don't want to talk about anything with you except Star Trek Into Darkness.

I read a super long essay by Kate Bolick this morning and now I understand the cultural relevance of NBC’s Whitney.

Edith did a good interview. The essay in the Atlantic had a lot of nice stories and researched statistics. I don’t feel any differently about marriage than I did before this morning, and that’s “Nice work if you can get it.” It’s work. With the right person, it’s worth it. I haven’t met the right person and maybe I’ll never meet the right person. That’s why I like defining myself by my work, interests and experiences over my marital status.

But whatever.

(I seriously kept waiting for one of the statistics in the article to be “Half of all marriages end in sweatpants,” though.)
