Oh, and when I saw Jenn at the Hello Giggles show on Friday she admitted to me that she’s never done karaoke. Ladies, we need to change this.
Last night I was advised that I should move my theoretical birthday karaoke party from the night of my birthday (December 29) to early January. However, I read on LaineyGossip that it’s bad feng shui to have a birthday party after your birthday. So, it would now seem that I will have a quiet cocktail drinking affair on my birthday—for my birthday—and then a spiritually connected, but not explicitly connected, karaoke party in early January.
So if you live in NYC and like karaoke, save the date of Friday, January 6 for a party that was inspired by, but isn’t directly connected to my birthday.
And now that my birthday party is taken care of, I should figure out what exactly my plan for Thanksgiving is. (Priorities)
