~SPOILERS: I saw Magic Mike tonight. It moved me more than I expected. That’s beside the point. The point is halfway through the movie I thought to myself, “Man, I wish the Star Wars prequels were being made now and not ten-fifteen years ago, because Alex Pettyfer would have made an awesome Anakin Skywalker.” And then I realized that the bromance Magic Mike and the Kid have in Magic Mike is the exact relationship that I as young Star Wars fan growing up on the original trilogy envisioned Obi-Wan and Anakin as having. Minus lightsabers and lava fights. ~END SPOILERS
