I live in New York. I am a stand up comic, writer and actor. You may have seen my writing on many reputable websites (The Huffington Post, Hello Giggles, xojane.com, The Hairpin, Splitsider, The FW, etc.). I also write crazy blogs about Game of Thrones, Magneto and Jeff Goldblum. I was formerly member of the PITtv House Team, Codswallop.

Tears for fears

Last night my mom told me over the phone that she was very proud of me and I almost started to cry.

This is a marked improvement from Saturday night when I told my mom about rejection I had experienced and she told me, “You’re like Barry Manilow. He can’t sing. Have you heard him sing? He’s terrible. But he can write songs. If he didn’t have famous friends to sing his songs, no one would know who he was.” And then I started to cry harder and she didn’t know why.

Improvements, improvements.
