This is Sara Ivanhoe. She smiles too much.
That’s beside the point.
What’s important is that yesterday I used her 20 minute yoga DVD for the first time in about five years. At the end of the video she smiles and says, “Namaste.” I replied, grumbling, “Whatever.”
This morning I woke up and my arms look better than they have…in…um…ever.
To which I say, “Namaste, Sara, Namaste.”
